West of Orleans

Ribs were smoked to tenderness
Poboy was flavor friendly
The feast was on like kong

Driving up to West of Orleans in Newbury Park (a near Thousand Oaks) one thing was clear they were bringing you in with the essence of smoked goodness. They had a smoker fired up near the entrance and that delicious smell of wood burning combined with the slow roasted aroma of meats being cooked to their happy place was singing to my flavor soul. The food hit the spot and we will surely be back. Its highly rated on review sites for a reason. Awesome find.
