Brent Elzinga is a trained Chef with over 20 years of Culinary expertise under his belt. He is a lover of great food and new experiences in cuisine. Beer is also one of the things that excites his palate.

Matt Elzinga has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He is currently enrolled in WSET Diploma level and is a French Wine Scholar. His passion is for that of great wine, great food and great company to share it with.
